US Merchant Services seeks qualified
professionals with the necessary technical, administrative,
and clerical support experience to contribute as an
integral part of our professional team.

who work together closely to ensure we maintain a
competitive merchant processing program that assures
on-going customer satisfaction. Our line staff has
an average of over seven years experience performing
a full range of credit card and transaction processing
services.

skills as well as their professional ethics. Frequent

our technical staff to maintain high standards and
to assure our superior customer service levels are
maintained.
Training is provided to the staff on a regular basis
to keep each informed of industry changes and to advise
staff of new products/services and any regulatory
agency changes that may impact our customers.
Also, to exemplify USMS’ focus on properly
supporting our client base, each merchant account
is assigned to an Account Analyst who establishes
an on-going working rapport with the merchant’s
staff to assure issues are identified and addressed
quickly with a minimum of disruption to the merchant’s
business activity.
